观赏羽衣甘蓝主要品种间的SSR遗传多样性分析 被引量:3

Analysis of SSR Genetic Diversity among Main Varieties of Ornamental Kale(Brassica oleracea L.)

摘要 羽衣甘蓝优良的观赏性和抗寒性使之成为冬季园林应用最广泛的植物之一。为了充分利用优良商业品种开展羽衣甘蓝新品种的选育,本研究采用20对SSR分子标记对27个羽衣甘蓝主要栽培品种进行了亲缘关系和遗传多样性分析。结果表明,27份供试材料遗传系数变化范围在0.419~0.855之间,各材料间存在一定的遗传多样性;在遗传系数0.63处,UPGMA聚类可将羽衣甘蓝品种分为3类,根据分子标记聚类结果并结合表型性状综合分析表明,叶型性状是决定亲缘关系远近的首要因素,即圆叶型与裂叶型的亲缘关系较近,而皱叶型与前两者的亲缘关系较远;其次是叶色,同色系品种间(红/紫色系或白色系)的亲缘关系相对较近;最后是株型,株型相似(高或矮)的品种间亲缘关系相对较近。本研究为明确不同品种间的遗传背景、杂交育种的亲本选配及新品种培育提供了数据基础。 Kale(Brassica oleracea L.var.acephala),which is one of the most widely cultivated ornamental plants in wintertime as the excellent ornamental and cold resistance.In order to make full use of good commercial varieties for breeding of new varieties of kale,20 SSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic relationship and genetic diversity of 27 kale cultivars.The results showed some genetic diversity among the materials that the genetic similarity coefficient of 27 materials ranged from 0.419~0.855,and these materials could be clustered into 3 groups at the level of GD=0.63 by clustering analysis.Comprehensive analysis of molecular markers and phenotypes showed that,the leaf shape was the first factor to determine the degree of affinity,round leaf and leather leaf group had close genetic relationship,while crinkle leaf group had longer genetic distance with them.And leaf color was the second factor,the relationship between the same color lines(red/purple or white)were relatively close.Plant type was the last factor,varieties with similar plant types(tall or short)were relatively closely related.These results could lay the foundation for identifying of the genetic background of different varieties,selecting of parents in cross breeding,and breeding of new varieties.
