摘要
在500 t·d^-1的生活垃圾焚烧炉上,进行了无软水稀释的氨水喷射还原NO_x的SNCR工艺研究。结果表明,在NO_x排放初始值为240 mg·m^-3,最优化温度区间830~870℃的条件下,NOx排放浓度可以控制在120 mg·m^-3以下,脱硝效率达到50%;随氨氮比的增加,脱硝效率相应增加,氨逃逸也增大,最佳氨氮比为1.6.喷枪雾化压力存在最佳值0.3 MPa,喷射层软水的加入对脱硝效率没有显著影响。随烟气中水蒸气含量的增加,SNCR的脱硝效率呈现降低趋势。本研究结果可为垃圾焚烧行业SNCR工程调试和实际运行提供技术参考。
The study of SNCR technology using ammonia injection to reduce NOx without dilute water was carried out in the 500 t·d^-1 domestic waste incinerator.The results showed that when initial NOx emission concentration was 240 mg-m^-3 and optimized temperature ranged from 830 to870℃,NOx emission concentration could be less than 120 mg·m^-3,denitration efficiency could be50%.With raising the ratio of ammonia to nitrogen,denitration efficiency increased accordingly,and the optimum ratio was 1.6.The optimum atomization pressure of the spray lance was 0.3 MPa.Dilute water added in spray lance could not affect the denitration efficiency significantly,and the denitration efficiency of SNCR decreased with increasing water vapor content in the flue gas.The research results can provide technical reference for SNCR engineering commissioning and actual operation in the waste incineration industry.
