摘要
动物卫生监督机构职能改革能确卫生监督管理工作更加科学高效,符合国家简政放权的需要。自《动物防疫法》颁布实施,动物卫生监督管理工作开展有显著进步。但动物卫生监督执法体制执法活动还存在许多方面的问题与不足,导致动物卫生监督执法工作无法顺利开展。必须针对动物卫生监督综合执法的问题和措施进行分析,确保机构改革的水平符合要求。该文主要论述动物卫生监管综合执法存在的问题及措施。
The functional reform of animal health supervision institutions can ensure that health supervision and management work is more scientific and efficient,in line with the need of the state to streamline administration.Since the promulgation and implementation of the animal epidemic prevention law,significant progress has been made in the supervision and administration of animal health.However,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the enforcement of animal health supervision and law enforcement system,which lead to the failure of the enforcement of animal health supervision and law.The problems and measures of comprehensive enforcement of animal health supervision must be analyzed to ensure that the level of institutional reform meets the requirements.This paper mainly discusses the problems and measures of comprehensive law enforcement in animal health supervision.
