摘要
使用2011—2018年中国A股上市公司数据,采用PSM-DID方法,并基于中国与“一带一路”沿线国家双边外交关系视角,从双边外交伙伴关系亲密程度和友好城市角度探讨了“一带一路”倡议对企业对外直接投资风险的影响。研究结果表明,双边外交伙伴关系亲密度越高,“一带一路”倡议对企业OFDI风险降低程度越明显;此外,东道国是否与中国建立友好城市关系也对企业对外直接投资风险有影响,“一带一路”倡议对在设有友好城市的东道国投资的企业风险降低作用更明显。
This article uses the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2018,uses the PSM-DID method,researching the impact of the“Belt and Road”initiative on the risks of foreign direct investment of enterprises from the perspective of the intimacy of bilateral diplomatic partnerships and twin cities.The results of the study show that the higher the intimacy of bilateral diplomatic partnerships,the higher the degree of reduction of OFDI risk for enterprises under the“Belt and Road”initiative;In addition,distinguish whether the host country of foreign investment of enterprises establishes twin city relations with China,the“Belt and Road”initiative has a more pronounced effect on reducing the risk of companies investing in host countries with twin Cities.
