摘要 近二十年来,芬兰教育备受全球关注。而真正理解芬兰教育的成就,需透视其独特的社会情境,从"基因"层面读取芬兰教育发展、改革和成功的文化历史密码。通过对芬兰埃博学术大学教育学讲席教授迈克尔·乌尔恩斯的专访,进一步确认,这个北欧国度的教育成功离不开"崇教尊师"和"公平优先"历史传统的奠基,脱不开互信、承责与协作性政治文化中生成的"发展导向"政策模式的支撑,离不开其社会意识形态注重营造的一种平衡的"教育-社会"观念,以及在此之上构建出的"系统思考""放松管控"与"强效领导"的治理体系,这都为芬兰"由内而外"的教育改进提供了持续的动能。 Finnish education has received worldwide attention for nearly two decades.To truly understand finnish education and its achievements,it is necessary to go deep into the unique social context in which finnish education is rooted and extract cultural-historical factors for educational development,reform and success from the"gene"level.Based on the interview of Michael Uljens,professor of the school of education at Abo Akademi University,this paper further identified that Finland stood a better chance to succeed educationally under the unique historical tradition that valued teaching and learning;with the support of a healthy political and policy culture featuring collaboration and trust,a reflective ideological proposition to well keep balance between education and society,together with an effective governing system highlighting systematic thinking,de-regulation as well as powerful leadership,all these led finnish education to succeed in activating a sustainable momentum to reforming and improving education from inside out.
