不同施氮量对元宝枫叶片营养成分含量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Different Nitrogen Proportion on the Content of Nutrients in the Leaves of Acer truncatum

摘要 通过研究不同氮肥对元宝枫叶片内绿原酸、维生素C等营养成分含量的影响规律,以期为栽培中科学施用氮肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置氮肥施用量每株分别为0(B1)、8(B2)、16(B3)、24 g(B4)4个施氮处理,3次重复。结果表明:5-9月,B3绿原酸含量分别比对照提高了22.30%、20.75%、49.83%、44.81%、47.60%,B2显著低于B3;B3维生素C含量分别比对照提高了23.21%、33.16%、32.21%、95.48%、83.13%,B4与B3之间无显著差异;7-9月,B3可溶性糖含量分别比B2提高了9.68%、17.58%、12.47%,B4与B3之间无显著差异;6-9月,B3可溶性蛋白含量分别比B2提高了18.39%、13.14%、12.53%、21.61%,差异显著,B4与B3之间无显著差异。综合分析认为,3年生元宝枫苗木适宜的氮肥施用量为每株16 g。 The effects of different nitrogen fertilizers on the contents of chlorogenic acid,vitamin C and other nutrients in Acer truncatum Bunge leaves were studied,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific application of nitrogen fertilizer in cultivation.Under field conditions,four nitrogen treatments was set:0 g/plant(B1),8 g/plant(B2),16 g/plant(B3)and 24 g/plant(B4),repeat three times.The results showed that:from May to September,the content of chlorogenic acid of B3 was higher than control by 22.30%,20.75%,49.83%,44.81%and 47.60%,respectively,and that B2 was significantly lower than B3;the content of vitamin C of B3 was higher than control by 23.21%,33.16%,32.21%,95.48%and 83.13%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between B4 and B3.From July to September,the content of soluble sugar of B3 compared with B2 increased by 9.68%,17.58%and 12.47%respectively,there was no significant difference between B4 and B3.From June to September,the soluble protein content of B3 compared with B2 that increased by 18.39%,13.14%,12.53%and 21.61%,respectively,there was no significant difference between B4 and B3.According to the comprehensive analysis,the suitable application amount of nitrogen fertilizer for 3-year-old seedlings of Acer truncatum Bunge is 16 g/plant.
