摘要
目的研究责任制助产护理模式对妊娠结局、自我效能以及分娩控制感的影响。方法该研究随机选择该院2017年1月—2019年8月收治的80例围产期产妇作为研究对象,随机均分为两组后,对照组产妇予以常规护理模式,研究组采用责任制助产护理模式,统计分析两组产妇的妊娠结局、各个产程时间和出血量、干预前后自我效能感和分娩控制感、护理满意度。结果对照组剖宫产率70.0%,研究组剖宫产率27.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=36.148,P=0.000),研究组产妇产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、剖宫产等发生率相较于对照组更低,各个产程时间相较于对照组更短,产后2 h出血量相较于对照组更少,干预后自我效能感以及分娩控制感和对照组对比更优,满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围产期产妇予以责任制助产护理模式相较于常规护理模式,效果更加显著。
Objective To study the effect of the responsibility-based midwifery nursing model on pregnancy outcomes,self-efficacy and delivery control.Methods The study randomly selected 80 perinatal women admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received maternal routine care mode.The research group adopted the responsibility system midwifery care mode.Statistics the pregnancy outcomes,the duration of each birth and the amount of bleeding,the sense of self-efficacy and delivery control before and after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of women were analyzed.Results The cesarean section rate in the control group was 70.0%,the cesarean section rate in the study group was 27.5%,the difference is statistically significant(χ^2=36.148,P=0.000).The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,and cesarean section in the study group compared with the control group,the duration of each labor is shorter than the control group,and the bleeding volume at 2 h postpartum is less than that of the control group.Post-intervention self-efficacy and delivery control were better compared with the control group.Satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility-based midwifery nursing model for perinatal women is more effective than the conventional nursing model.
