摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)患者中的应用。方法选取2017年1月~2018年2月内科门诊就诊DGP患者86例,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组43例。两组均予个体化的饮食运动方案及药物控制血糖等基础治疗。对照组予以穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上再加耳穴压豆治疗。两组连用8周。观察两组治疗前后血糖及糖化血红蛋白达标、胃排空时间情况,并比较其临床效果。结果治疗8周后,联合组FBG、2hPG和HbA1C的达标率分别为95.35%、90.70%和81.40%,显著高于对照组的81.40%、72.09%和60.47%(P<0.05);同时两组胃排空时间显著缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01);且联合组缩短幅度更显著(P<0.05);同时联合组患者临床总有效率(95.35%)较对照组(81.40%)更佳(χ^2=4.071,P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆用于DGP患者的效果确切,不仅能更明显提高降糖药效果,有利于血糖及糖化血红蛋白的达标,而且能加快胃肠运动,改善临床症状,促进胃排空。
Objective To investigate the application of acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing beans in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods 86 patients with DGP who were treated in the outpatient department of internal medicine from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given individualized dietary and exercise programs and basic treatments such as drugs to control blood glucose.The control group was given acupoint sticking.The observation group was further given auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin compliance and gastric emptying time before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two group,and its clinical effects were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the compliance rates of FBG,2hPG and HbA1C in the combined group were 95.35%,90.70%and 81.40%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of 81.40%,72.09%and 60.47%respectively in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the gastric emptying time in both groups was significantly shorter than before(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The shortening degree in the combined group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total clinical effective rate(95.35%)was better in the combined group than in the control group(81.40%)(χ^2=4.071,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of patients with DGP has an exact efficacy,which not only can improve the effect of hypoglycemic agents,but is also conducive to the compliance of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin,and can accelerate gastrointestinal motility,improve clinical symptoms and promote gastric emptying.
