摘要
目的:采用知识图谱及文献计量学方法总结中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的研究现状及发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方医学网、维普中文期刊服务平台数据库从建库至2022年8月15日中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行分析并绘制相关科学知识图谱。结果:共1239篇文献纳入分析,从1996年开始中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的发文量总体呈上升趋势;彭艳、刘丽、林亚平为代表的团队发表论文较多,团队间联系紧密;发表3篇及以上论文的核心作者共70位,共发表论文315篇,尚未形成核心作者团队;研究机构中广州中医药大学发文数量最多,各机构间合作以地域聚集为主,跨地域的科研机构合作尚少;关键词聚类、突现分析分别得到9个聚类标签和15个突现关键词,其中Meta分析、电针、艾灸、莫沙必利、半夏泻心汤等关键词在近几年来得到了较多的关注。结论:中医药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫领域主要的研究热点为中医辨证治疗及针灸疗法的临床研究和作用机制研究,但目前尚无突破性进展,缺乏影响力的团队及交流合作的欠缺一定程度上限制了该领域的进一步发展。
Objective:To summarize the research status and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by knowledge map and bibliometrics.Methods:Retrieve the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis from the establishment of the database to August 15,2022 in CNKI,SINOMED,Wanfang Med Online,VIP database.Use CiteSpace software to analyze the authors,research institutions and keywords of the literature and draw relevant scientific knowledge maps.Results:A total of 1239 articles were included in the analysis.Since 1996,the number of articles on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by traditional Chinese medicine has been on the rise.PENG Yan,LIU Li,LIN Yaping as the representative of the team published more papers,close contact between the team.There were 70 core authors who published 3 or more papers,and a total of 315 papers were published.Among the research institutions,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the largest number of publications.The cooperation among institutions is mainly based on regional aggregation,and the cooperation among cross-regional scientific research institutions is still small.9 clustering labels and 15 burst keywords were obtained by keyword clustering and burst analysis,respectively.Among them,keywords such as Meta analysis,electroacupuncture,moxibustion,mosapride and Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)have received more attention in recent years.Conclusion:The main research hotspots in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis are the clinical research and mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and acupuncture therapy.However,there is no breakthrough progress at present.The lack of influential teams and communication and cooperation has limited the further development of this field to a certain extent.
