石油化工行业绿色创新效率及其影响因素研究 被引量:10

On the Green Innovation Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in Petrochemical Industry

摘要 作为经济发展的支柱性行业,石油化工行业发展模式正逐渐由要素、资源驱动向创新驱动转变。绿色创新驱动发展不仅是我国经济高质量发展的要求,也是石化行业转型升级的必然选择。研究绿色创新效率及其影响因素对石化行业绿色创新发展及可持续发展具有重要意义。以五个代表性行业大类为样本,运用Super-SBM模型对2011—2015年石化行业绿色创新效率数据进行分析,利用OLS回归模型探究石化行业绿色创新效率的影响因素。研究发现:石油及天然气开采业的效率较低,效率值皆在1以下,其他几个行业趋于平稳;外商直接投资、市场竞争、盈利能力与绿色创新效率显著正相关,环境规制及政府支持未通过显著性检验。 As a pillar industry for the economic development,the petrochemical industry is gradually shifting from factor-and-resource driven to innovation-driven development.Green innovation-driven development is not only a requirement for the Chinese high-quality economic development,but also an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry.Studying the green innovation efficiency and its influencing factors is beneficial to the green,innovative and sustainable development of the petrochemical industry.This article takes five representative industrial categories as samples,analyzes the green innovation efficiency data of the petrochemical industry from 2011 to 2015 by the use of the Super-SBM model and explores the influencing factors of the green innovation efficiency of the petrochemical industry with the OLS regression model.It is found that the efficiency of the oil and gas extraction industry is low,which is below 1 while that of other categories is stable;the foreign direct investment,market competition,profitability and green innovation efficiency are significantly positively related while the environmental regulations and government support fail to pass the significance test.
