摘要
在模拟融雪剂水溶液下,采用2种目前在除冰过程中广泛使用的氯盐类融雪剂,通过周期浸泡加速腐蚀下的浸水马歇尔试验、冻融循环劈裂试验并借助超声波测试、电镜扫描、DSC等技术手段对半柔性沥青混合料的水稳定性进行分析。引入“Jamming理论”,通过“Jamming相图”分析了融雪剂浓度对半柔性路面水稳定性的影响。经试验分析,建议在半柔性路面铺设地区除冰时使用NaCl盐类融雪剂。
Two kinds of chloride salt snow-melting agents widely used in deicing process were used under simulated snow-melting agent aqueous solution.The water stability of the semi-flexible asphalt mixture was analyzed by means of periodic soaking,accelerated corrosion,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw cyclic splitting test and ultrasonic detection,scanning electron microscopy,DSC and other technical means.In addition,Jamming theory is introduced to analyze the influence of snow melting agent concentration on the water stability of semi-flexible pavement through Jamming phase diagram.Experience analysis result shows that NaCl salt snow melting agent is recommended to be used in deicing of semi-flexible pavement.
