摘要
支架是航天载荷的关键支撑部件,应用有限元法对轻量化后的支架进行力学分析。在分析中,建立有限元模型,设置力学条件,得到轻量化支架的模态振型,以及在加速度、正弦振动、随机振动、冲击等不同工况下的等效应力。分析结果表明,轻量化支架在不同工况下的等效应力均在安全裕度内,满足设计要求。
The support is a key supporting component of the aerospace load.The finite element method was used to perform mechanical analysis on the lightweight support.In the analysis,the finite element model was established,and the mechanical conditions were set to obtain the modal shape of the lightweight support and the equivalent stress under different working conditions such as acceleration,sinusoidal vibration,random vibration,and impact.The analysis results show that the equivalent stress of the lightweight support under different working conditions is within the safety margin and meets the design requirements.
