摘要
振动试验中,振动台的机械阻抗大于产品的真实安装结构的机械阻抗是造成过试验的原因之一。文章通过模型的仿真计算与试验,对由于边界条件的改变引起的过试验原因及过试验程度进行了研究,进而分析确定了力限控制条件,在模型的振动试验中应用力限控制技术,获得模型结构响应数据。通过对试验结果的比较,表明力限控制技术可有效缓解过试验程度,使振动试验更接近产品真实的力学环境。
In spacecraft vibration tests, the mechanicaimpedance of shaker is larger than that of mounting structureof spacecraft, which would lead to overtesting. Through amodel vibration simulation and test, this paper studies theovertesting due to different boundary conditions, and discussehow to calculate force limits. In the model vibration test, aforce limited controlled method is used. The test resulindicates that the force limited controlled method can alleviatethe extent of overtesting, and make the vibration test near tothe true force environment.
