摘要
针对卡扣塑件原有模具工作中出现的顶出板复位撞击产生的异响问题,优化设计了模具结构。新模具优化设计了模腔的分型面,在实现塑件侧壁倒扣脱模的同时,能保证塑件从型芯镶件上通过推板推出,来实现完全脱模;并且,将正装式哈弗滑块机构改进为倒装式滑块侧抽芯机构后,有效消除此异响,有效保证了模具的工作寿命。
In order to solve the problem of abnormal noise caused by ejection plate reset and impact in the original mold of buckle plastic parts,the new mold structure was improved and optimized.The improvement and optimization of new mold are as follows:firstly,the parting surface of the mold cavity was optimized,which can ensure that the plastic part can be pushed out from the core insert through the push plate at the same time to realize the complete demoulding.Secondly,the abnormal noise problem was effectively eliminated by improving the front mounted Havel slider mechanism into the flip slide side core pulling mechanism,which effectively ensures the working life of the mold.
