摘要
针对多数生产企业采用机械设计和电气系统分开设计所存在的试制时调试周期长、可靠性差、成本高的缺陷,提出了机电一体化系统的建模分析方案在工程机械设计中的应用方案。该方案能够将机械设计和电气系统的设计进行三维仿真分析,对整个机械系统的运行特性和联动运行特性进行研究。根据实际应用表明采用机电一体化系统的建模分析技术后能够将机械设计周期缩短40%以上。
In view of the defects of long debugging period, poor reliability and high cost in the separate design of mechanical design and electrical system in most production enterprises, the application principle of the modeling and analysis scheme of mechatronics system in the design of construction machinery is put forward. The mechanical design and electrical system design can be analyzed by three-dimensional simulation, and the operation characteristics and linkage operation characteristics of the whole mechanical system are studied. According to the actual application, the modeling and analysis technology of mechatronics system can shorten the mechanical design period by more than 40%.
