摘要
目的 分析SBAR交班模式在骨科交班中的运用效果.方法 选取我院骨科104例住院患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组、对照组,观察组实施SBAR交班模式,对照组实施常规交班模式,对比两组交接班质量、护士体验综合评分及交接班各类不良因素.结果 观察组交接班质量评分、护士体验综合评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组特殊检查漏做、护理遗漏项目及交接问题不清/错误等交接班不良因素发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 SBAR交班模式在骨科交班中的运用效果显著,可提高骨科交接班质量,降低不良事件发生率.
Objective To analyze the effect of SBAR shift mode in orthopedic shifts.Metho ds From June 2016 to May 2018,we selected 104 inpatients from our department of orthopedics as the study subjerts,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission order.The observation group implemented the SBAR shift mode,and the control group implemented the routine shift mode.The quality of the shifts in the two groups,the comprehensive scores of the nurses'experience,and various adverse factors in the shifts.Resu I ts The observation group quality grade and the nurse experience comprehensive score of the observation group were higher than the control group.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group did not perform special inspections,missed rare items,and unclear/error handover issues.The incidence of adverse factors was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistirally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR shift mode in orthopedic shifts has a significant effect,which ran improve the quality of orthopedic shifts and reduce the inc idence of adverse events.
