摘要
以工业机器人为代表的高端智能装备行业进入高速成长期,对技术技能型人才的培养提出了更高的要求。从教育制度的改革、产教融合的发展和多元主体不断变化等方面分析"1+X"证书制度的必要性,建议在课程体系、课程内部结构、课程内容等层面进行改革,优化资源建设,科学制订授课计划,切实落实"1+X"证书制度,探索实施"课证融通"专业人才培养模式。
High-end intelligent equipment industry symbolized by robot technology has entered the era of high-speed growth. This has made the demand more urgent for qualified professionals through higher vocational education. "1+X" certification system is analyzed from reformation of vocational educational curriculum, industry-teaching combination and optimization of resources.
