摘要
作为高度契合移动互联网和自媒体技术的新时代智慧政务平台,政务APP已经并将继续在我国构建服务型政府进程中发挥重要推动作用,但当前我国政务APP的开发运用中仍存在着跟风化、形式化、任务化和程式化等现实偏差。进一步优化政务APP运用对构建服务型政府的促进功能,应当对标构建服务型政府的要求,矫正政务APP运用的理念偏差,健全政务APP维护管理制度,强化政务APP运用中的内容建设,改进政务APP推广路径、增强政务APP的用户粘性,完善政务APP运用与反馈机制、提升政务APP的用户满意度。
As a smart government platform in the new era,which is highly compatible with mobile Internet and self-media technology,government affairs APP has played and will continue to play an important role in the process of building a service-oriented government in our country.However,there are still some practical deviations in the development and application of government affairs APP in our country,such as imitation,formalization,task-based and stylize.To further optimize the promotion function of the use of government APP to the construction of service-oriented government,we should set up the requirements of building a service-oriented government,correct the conceptual deviation in the use of government APP,improve the maintenance and management system of government APP,strengthen the content construction in the application of government APP,improve the promotion path of government APP,enhance the user stickiness of government APP,improve the application and feedback mechanism of government APP,and improve the user satisfaction of government APP.
