摘要 研究不同温度、不同光照条件,以及不同储藏方式、储藏时间对蓝花野茼蒿种子萌发能力的影响,以期为其生态入侵预防提供理论依据。结果显示,蓝花野茼蒿种子属于需光发芽种,且在不同储藏条件、储藏时间下均能有64%以上的萌发率。冷藏时间对4℃冷藏种子的萌发开始时间无显著影响;室温和-20℃储藏种子的萌发开始时间随着储藏时间的增加均有先推迟再提前的趋势;到储藏200 d后,3个储藏条件种子均在第4天开始萌发。且50和100 d储藏种子的萌发开始时间在3个储藏条件间有显著差异。不同储藏条件下,种子储藏100 d后均可达到最高的萌发率(室内储藏种子和-20℃储藏种子的萌发率达100%,显著高于4℃冷藏种子的78.67%),但随着储藏时间增加到200 d,萌发率又降低(室内储藏的86.47%,显著高于4℃储藏的64%和-20℃储藏的66%)。3个储藏条件的种子,在储藏50 d时的萌发速率均比未储藏的显著降低;随着储藏时间增加到100 d,萌发速率均又显著升高;但随着储藏时间达到200 d,室内储藏种子的萌发速率继续加快,而4和-20℃储藏又有降低趋势。 The effects of different temperatures, different light conditions, different storage methods and storage times on the seed germination ability of Leucanthemum glabra were studied,in order to provide an effective theoretical basis for its ecological invasion prevention.The result showed that the seeds of Leucanthemum glabra belong to light-sprouting species, and had a germination rate of more than 64% under different storage conditions and storage times.The storage time had no significant effect on the germination start time of seeds stored at 4 ℃.The days to first germination of seeds stored at room temperature and-20 ℃ tended to be delayed first and then advanced as the storage time increased. After storage for 200 days, the seeds of all three storage conditions began to germinate on the 4 th day. And the days to first germination of stored seeds at 50 d and 100 d was significantly different between three storage conditions.Under different storage conditions, the highest germination percentage could be achieved after 100 days of storage(seed germination rate of indoor storage seeds and seeds stored at-20 ℃reached 100%, significantly higher than 78.67% of seeds stored at 4 ℃), but as the storage time increased to 200 d, the germination rate decreased again(86.47% of indoor storage, significantly higher than 64% stored at 4 ℃ and 66% stored at-20 ℃).The germination rate of the seeds in three storage conditions was significantly lower than that of the unstored seeds when they were stored for 50 days.With the storage time increased to 100 d, the germination rate increased significantly. However, with the storage time reaching 200 d, the germination rate of seeds stored indoors continued to accelerate, while those stored at 4 ℃ and-20 ℃ showed a tendency to decrease.
