摘要
血常规作为临床上常见且传统的检查指标,具有便捷、易得且廉价的特点。白细胞计数及各亚型计数均易从血常规中得到,易被公众广泛接受。目前白细胞及各亚型在感染及肿瘤等疾病的辅助诊断中的作用已被重视,而大量的研究表示其与心脑血管疾病的预后密切相关。本文着重讨论白细胞计数及各亚型对急性缺血性脑卒中预后的预测价值。
As a common and traditional clinical examination index,blood routine test is convenient,easy to obtain and cheap.White blood cell count and subtype count are easy to get from blood routine,and easy to be widely accepted by the public.At present,the role of leukocytes and their subtypes in the auxiliary diagnosis of diseases such as infection and tumor has been paid attention to,and a large number of studies show that they are closely related to the prognosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This paper focuses on the value of leukocyte count and its subtypes in predicting the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke.
