摘要
目的探讨维生素B_(1)与肠内营养联合治疗重症脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月萍乡市人民医院收治的80例重症脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用肠内营养治疗,在此基础上研究组加用维生素B1治疗。比较两组治疗前后营养指标[总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)],免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM],预后情况。结果治疗后两组TP、Hb水平低于本组治疗前,且研究组TP、Hb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组MDA、SOD水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组IgA、IgG及IgM水平低于本组治疗前,且研究组IgA、IgG及IgM水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组预后良好的占比(47.50%)高于对照组(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B1和肠内营养的联合应用在重症脑卒中的治疗中显示出潜在的益处,可能通过改善营养指标、增强免疫应答来促进患者的恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin B_(1) combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe stroke admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition,and the study group was treated with vitamin B1.Nutritional indexes(total protein[TP],hemoglobin[Hb],albumin[ALB]),immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM,and prognosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TP and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TP and Hb in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA and SOD levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The proportion of good prognosis in the study group(47.50%)was higher than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin B1 and enteral nutrition has shown potential benefits in the treatment of severe stroke and may promote patient recovery by improving nutritional indicators and enhancing immune response.
