基于托架法的连续梁边跨现浇施工技术在高墩桥梁工程中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 结合楚溪大桥实际情况,立足现有的技术和经验,从托架搭设、托架的结构检算、托架预压、安装永久支座、安装模板、钢筋绑扎及预应力管道安装、混凝土浇注施工等方面,分析了基于托架法的连续梁边跨现浇施工技术的具体应用。结果表明:高墩桥梁工程结构特殊,采用基于托架法的连续梁边跨现浇施工技术有助于保证施工的安全性和施工质量,值得大范围推广应用。 Based with the case of Chuxi Bridge and the existing technology and experience,the continuous beam side span cast-in-place construction technology by bracket method is analyzed from seven aspects:bracket setting,bracket structure checking and calculation,bracket preloading,permanent support installation,formwork installation,reinforcement binding,prestressed pipe installation and concrete pouring construction.The analysis shows that the high pier bridge engineering structure is special,the continuous beam side span cast-in-place construction technology based on the bracket method is helpful to ensure the construction safety and engineering quality,which is worthy of wide application.
