摘要
目的:探究用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选择宣汉县人民医院2016年10月至2019年10月期间收治的80例精神分裂症后抑郁患者进行分组研究。将这80例患者按随机分组的方式分为对比组和舒肝解郁组(40例/组)。对对比组患者进行常规治疗。在此基础上为舒肝解郁组患者采用舒肝解郁胶囊进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分。结果:治疗后,舒肝解郁组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的临床疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of post-schizophrenic depression.Methods:80 patients with postschizophrenia depression admitted to Xuanhan County People’s Hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected for grouping study.The 80 patients were randomly divided into comparison group and Shugan Jieyu group(40 cases/group).Patients in the control group were routinely treated.On this basis,shugan Jieyu capsule was used to treat the patients in shugan Jieyu group.Then the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in shugan Jieyu group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuganjieyu capsule is effective in treating post-schizophrenic depression,and can significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
