摘要
对闪光对焊成型开裂失效的汽车车轮钢试样进行化学成分、显微组织、夹杂物SEM和焊接工艺分析。结果表明,开裂失效的汽车车轮钢化学成分符合标准要求,开裂试样焊缝区微观组织为F+P+B+W,断口为脆性和塑性开裂混合断口,汽车车轮钢闪光对接焊成型开裂的主要原因是焊接时工艺参数控制不合理、焊缝处存在非金属夹杂物、焊缝处组织粗大、组织不均匀,存在魏氏组织也会引起开裂,提出了预防措施。
The chemical composition,mechanical properties,inclusions SEM and welding process of the cracking failure automotive wheel steel after flash butt welded and formed were analyzed.The results showed that the chemical composition was qualified to the standards.The microstructures of the weld seam zone were F+P+B+W.The fracture were brittle and ductile blended.The main reason caused the cracking failure of automotive wheel steel after flash butt welded and formed was the improper welding process parameter,there were non-inclusions in the weld seam zone.The coarse microstructure,and the widmanstatten structure lead to cracking failure also.Some measures were proposed.
