摘要
对两件开裂的车轮支架(编号分别为1#、2#)进行失效分析。试验过程中首先产生疲劳开裂损伤,后续过程中受较大载荷作用疲劳裂纹发生快速扩展从而形成宏观可见裂纹。通过观察、金相分析,光谱分析及电镜分析认为:1#车轮支架筋条上存在一条裂纹,开裂模式为疲劳开裂,发生开裂的原因应与筋条表面存在聚集态疏松缺陷导致其抗疲劳性能降低有关;2#车轮支架两筋条上各存在一条裂纹,二者开裂机理一致。
The wheel bracket of cracking in two(no.1#,2#,respectively)for failure analysis.first to produce fatigue crack damage in the testing and subsequent fatigue crack subjected to high load occurred in the process of rapid expansion to form macroscopic visible cracks.Through observation and metallographic and spectroscopy and SEM(scanning electron microscope)analysis:1#wheel bracket rod on a crack,crack model for fatigue crack,the reason of cracking occurred shall be the state of aggregation loose rod surface defects lead to its anti-fatigue performance;2#wheel bracket each on two rod has a flaw,the cracking mechanism of the same.
