摘要
随着石化装置规模的不断扩大、设计安全要求的不断提高,高完整性保护系统(HIPS)在系统设计中的应用越来越广。本文介绍HIPS在安全泄放系统设计中的几处应用,并结合某项目实例,在应用HIPS系统的情况下,减少了各系统同时泄放的可能性,从而减小了火炬系统的规模,提高了设计的安全性和经济性。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of petrochemical plants and the continuous improvement of design safety requirements,the application of high integrity protection systems(HIPS)in system design has become more and more extensive.Thispaper introduces several applications of HIPS in the design of the safety relief system,and combined with a project example,when the HIPS system is applied,the possibility of simultaneous relief of each system is reduced,thereby reducing the capacity of the flare system and improving the safety and economy of the design.
