摘要 针对可燃、易燃介质的工艺系统中超压安全保护设施安全阀在工程项目的经济性、安全性和可操作性上的缺陷,从安全性和可靠性上选择高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS)作为可替代设施。结合实际工程案例,采用动态模拟法分别计算基本控制系统、安全仪表系统和高完整性压力保护系统在天然气管线超压保护过程中的贡献,并定量计算了高完整性压力保护系统设定值对其安全性、可靠性的影响。结果表明:应从安全性、可靠性和经济性角度综合考虑安全阀和HIPPS系统的优缺点来进行选择使用;应重点关注并合理地设定HIPPS系统联锁的设定值及阀门关闭曲线、关闭时间,才能实现HIPPS系统安全地替代传统机械安全泄放设施;可借助动态模拟软件定量、实时、准确计算和校正HIPPS系统的设定值及关闭时间。 For the combustible and flammable process system,the defect of the safety valves as process system overpressure safety protection facilities is found in view of the economic,safety and operability.The high integrity pressure protection system(HIPPS)as an alternative method is recommended considering safety and reliability.Based on practical project cases,the contribution of a basic protection control system,safety instrumented system and HIPPS in the overpressure protection process of natural gas pipeline are calculated by dynamic simulation method,and the influence of the set value of HIPPS on its safety and reliability is quantitatively calculated.The results show that the safety valve and the HIPPS system should be selected from the safety,reliability and economy aspects.The set point,valve closing curve and closing time of HIPPS system should be focused on in order to replace the traditional mechanical safety relief facilities.The dynamic simulation software could be used for quantitative and real-time accurate calculation and check the reasonable setting value and closing time of HIPPS.
