摘要
HIPPS(高完整性压力保护系统)是一种安全仪表系统,近年来在海洋石油平台上使用越来越多,起到压力保护的重要作用。本文中主要围绕HIPPS的组成、功能以及在南海平台中的应用,进行了较为深入的探讨。HIPPS在设计上取代了传统的泄放设备,既节省了设备费用和占地面积,又保证了可靠的关断,其优势显而易见。
HIPPS （high integrity pressure protection system） is a safety instrumented system, in recent years in the use of offshore oil platforms, more and more pressure to play an important role in protection. This paper mainly around HIPPS composition, function and application platform in the South China Sea for a more in-depth discussion, in short, HIPPS is designed to replace the traditional relief devices, saving equipment costs and floor space, but also to ensure a reliable shut- down, the advantage is obvious.
