摘要
《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)》提出了由语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力共同构成的英语学科核心素养,同时为了帮助广大教师更好地落实核心素养,《课标》提出了教学建议,其中之一为:关注主题意义,制订指向核心素养发展的单元整体教学目标.本文以人教版英语教材Go for it!八年级下册Unit 4一个单元的教学设计为例,从教学内容分析、学情分析、内容整合、目标确定及教学活动设计等视角具体阐述如何在初中英语教学中实施基于主题意义的单元整体教学.
The English Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)puts forward the core competencies of English subject,which consists of language ability,cultural awareness,thinking quality and learning ability.To help teachers implement the core competencies of English subject in their teaching,the Standards give teachers some teaching advice,one piece of which is that teachers should pay attention to the thematic meaning and set unit teaching objectives according to core competencies.Taking the teaching design of Grade 8 Unit 4 in English textbook Go for it!(published by PEP)as an example,this article shows specifically how to carry out unit teaching as a whole based on thematic meaning by analyzing the teaching materials and students,integrating teaching materials,setting teaching objectives and designing teaching activities.
