摘要
针对宽厚板生产线成品库现状及存在的问题,推进产品一贯制质量管控体系,落实质量主体责任,提高产品过程控制能力,深入开展质量攻关活动,全面落实质量"三不"原则,以全面满足下工序需求为目标,倒逼质量改进,实现流程环节优化,提高产品质量,提升用户服务水平。
In view of the current situation and existing problems of the finished product warehouse in the heavy plate production line,the consistent quality control system of products should be promoted,the main responsibility of quality should be implemented,the ability of product process control should be improved,the tackling of key problems in quality should be carried out quality in depth,the"three No"principle in quality should be implemented comprehensively,and to fully meet the needs of the next process as the goal,push the quality improvement forward,realize the process optimization,improve the quality of products and the level of user service.
