摘要
使用控制图法对液相色谱法检测食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠进行质量控制,探讨使用CRM作为质控样品,收集2018年10月至2019年12月间的质控数据绘制X-图,通过观察数据变化趋势,对出现的失控进行处置。通过计算落于警告限外的点数及平均值和标准物质的标称值之比,该段时间内的分析精密度和控制限没有明显变化,满足检测质量控制要求。
This paper carries out quality control with control chart for the determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in food through liquid chromatography,explores the use of CRM as sample of quality control,collects the quality control data from October 2018 to December 2019 and draws X-chart,and deals with the condition of out of control by observing the trend of data changes.According to the points of those beyond the warning line and the ratio between average value and nominal value of standard substance through calculation,there are no obvious changes of analysis precision and control limits in the period,thus meeting the requirement of quality control.
