摘要
专利权属于知识产权中创造性智力成果权的核心组成部分,其产生于技术应用领域,与科技创新、科技产业等紧密相连,专利保护有助于增强企业的发展后劲,并为生产、管理与质量保障等提供支持,有利于促进企业的长远发展。当前,大多数白酒企业普遍重视企业的生产规模、市场占有率、有形资产、现存账面经济利益和价值等,没有从根本上意识到专利等知识产权所带来的内在价值利益与贡献,尤其是中小型白酒企业对专利等知识产权在企业发展中的地位和作用认识不足,专利保护意识淡薄。本文结合案例企业近3年的专利发展情况,分析与探讨了当前徽酒企业专利发展的重要性、必要性和现实意义,以期为白酒企业的专利发展等提供参考。
Patent right is the core part of the intellectual property rights of enterprises. Protecting patent right is providing support for production, providing assurance for management and quality, and promoting the long-term development of enterprises. At present,most Baijiu enterprises pay more attention to the scale of production, market share, tangible assets, existing book economic benefits,etc., and are not fundamentally aware of the inherent benefits and contributions brought about by intellectual property rights. Small and medium-sized Baijiu enterprises especially lack the understanding of the position and role of intellectual property rights in the development of enterprises, and lack the awareness of patent protection. We analyzed the importance, necessity and practical significance of patent development of Baijiu enterprises in Anhui from the aspects of patent development status, problems and countermeasures, etc., so as to provide references for the patent development of Baijiu enterprises.
