简述了技术标准的重要性及其在国内外的发展概况,介绍了我国开展技术标准研究的最新进展,指出了大力开展综合标准化的研究对我国实施技术标准战略的重要性及未来发展前景.
The importance and the development of technical norms at home and abroad were summarized∽ and the latest development of research status of technical norms in China are explained. The vista and the significance of the study of synthetical technical standardization are pointed out.
