摘要
目的分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法将86例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在此基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组E2、P、FSH、LH、IGF-1、EGF、Bcl-2、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率及2年内复发率低于对照组,妊娠率、胚胎着床率及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮能有效降低子宫肌瘤患者激素及肿瘤相关因子水平,提高妊娠率及胚胎着床率,且不良反应少、复发率低。
Objective To analyze the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroid were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of E2,P,FSH,LH,IGF-1,EGF,Bcl-2 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and 2-year recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate and total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone can effectively reduce the levels of hormones and tumor-related factors in patients with uterine fibroid,and improve the pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate,with less adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate.
