摘要
核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(Rubisco)是植物光合作用的关键酶.利用生物信息学对糠椴Rubisco基因进行开放阅读框、氨基酸组成、跨膜结构域、亚细胞定位和结合区分析,预测糠椴Rubisco的亲/疏水性和二级结构,通过同源建模构建糠椴Rubisco的三维结构.结果表明:糠椴Rubisco基因共有5个开放阅读框,其中最长的开放阅读框为1454 bp;糠椴Rubisco为亲水蛋白,共有12个蛋白结合区,含有20种氨基酸,由34.92%的α螺旋、11.36%的β折叠和53.72%的无规则卷曲组成.该结果可为研究糠椴Rubisco基因结构和功能提供参考.
Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(Rubisco)is a key enzyme in plant photosy-nthesis.It makes bioinformatics analysis of Rubisco gene in Tilia mandshurica.The acquired sequence had 5 open reading frames,the longest of which is 1454 bp.The Rubisco was a hydrophilic protein with 12 protein binding domains,and the Rubisco included 20 kinds of amino acids,withα-helixs(34.92%),β-sheets(11.36%)and random coil(53.72%).These results provide a reference for the study of structure and function of Rubisco gene in Tilia mandshurica.
