摘要
对糠椴(Tilia mandshurica)花蕾、花、叶、枝皮、木质部和干皮的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量进行了测定,以及季节性变化分析。结果表明:糠椴的花蕾和花中的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量都要高于其他器官(6月6日糠椴不同器官的可溶性糖含量差异除外),糠椴的叶、枝皮、木质部和干皮的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量都呈现明显的季节性变化,即糠椴叶、木质部和干皮多糖含量的季节性变化总体趋势是增高,枝皮的多糖含量总体上则是下降;叶、木质部和干皮的可溶性糖含量总体趋势是增高,枝皮的可溶性糖含量从采样至11月中旬一直都在增高,而后下降;叶和枝皮的黄酮含量总体上是增高,而木质部黄酮含量的季节性变化则是下降,干皮则在生长季结束时达到最高值,其质量分数为28.68mg/g;糠椴叶的总酚含量总体上是增高,其他器官的变化规律不很明显。
An experiment was conducted to study the contents and seasonal changes of polysaccharides, soluble sugar, flavone, total phenol in bud ,flower,leaf,branch peel ,xylem and bark of Tilia mandschurica. Results indicated that the contents of polysaecharides, soluble sugar, flavone, total phenol in bud and flower were higher than those in other organs ( except the content difference on 6 June), and the contents of polysaceharides, soluble sugar, flavone, total phenol in leaf, branch peel,xylem and bark showed obvious seasonal changes. The polysaccharide content in leaf, xylem and bark of T. mandschurica exhibited an increasing tendency, while that in branch peel displayed a decreasing tendency. The soluble sugar content in leaf, xylem and bark showed a decreasing trend, and that in branch peel increased from sampling date to mid-November and decreased in mid-December. The flavone content in leaf and bark exhibited an increasing tendency, and that in xylem exhibited a decreasing tendency. The highest flavone content in bark was 28.68 mg/g, which appeared at the end of the growing season. The total phonel content in leaf displyed an increasing tendency, while that in other organs showed an unobvious change.
