摘要
为了做好输油管道SCADA系统试运投产工作,确保输油管道顺利投入生产,高效率、高质量的完成输油管道SCADA系统调试工作起到了至关重要的作用。该文以尼日尔管道3号站加泵工程SCADA系统调试为基础,对SCADA系统调试的施工组织、调试工艺及方法进行了探讨,并对回路测试、柴油机泵组启停及控制逻辑测试、组态临时变更管理等重、难点及关键环节的调试技术进行了详细总结和说明,为系统调试的全面性提供了保障。
In order to do a good job in the commissioning of the SCADA system for the oil pipeline and ensure that the pipeline is put into production smoothly,it is very important to complete the commissioning of the SCADA system for the oil pipeline with high efficiency and high quality.Based on the commissioning of SCADA system of Niger adding pump in No.3 station of pipeline,this paper discusses the construction organization,commissioning technology and methods of SCADA system commissioning,and the commissioning techniques of key points and difficult points and key links such as loop test,diesel engine pump group start-stop and control logic test,configuration temporary change management and so on are summarized and explained in detail.It provides a guarantee for the comprehensiveness of system commissioning.
