摘要
采用蒸汽爆破对小麦秸秆进行处理,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对处理前后的物料进行表征.结果表明:小麦秸秆在压力1.8 MPa、保压时间6 min的条件下半纤维素的脱除效果较好,半纤维素脱除了88.2%;蒸汽爆破使得小麦秸秆原本的抗降解屏障被破坏;物料中半纤维素大量降解并脱除,细胞壁被破坏,所得纤维束结构松弛,表面积增大;物料结晶度由57.4%增至63.4%;最大分解速率温度向高温方向移动,由330.7℃升至383.7℃.
Wheat straw was pretreated through steam explosion.Fourier transform infrared(FIIR)spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to analyze the materials before and after pretreatment.The results showed that when pressure was 1.8 MPa,and the retention time was 6 min,hemicellulose removal was better,and reached 88.2%.The research showed that with the degradation of hemicellulose,the original anti-degradation barrier of the material and the cell walls were destroyed,the structure of the fiber bundle became relaxed and curled to a certain extent,and the surface area increased.The crystallinity of the material increased from 57.4%to 63.4%,and the maximum decomposition rate moved to high temperature,from 330.7℃to 383.7℃.
