摘要
胃癌是临床常见的消化道肿瘤,胃上皮异性增生是重要的癌前病变,对其做到早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗能降低胃癌患者的死亡率。胃上皮重度异型增生癌变率较高,临床通过病理检查可进行诊断。目前,关于胃上皮轻度异型增生的定义、组织学检查标准、治疗方案上缺乏统一的标准,且已有的研究存在差异,从而造成临床流行病学和临床诊断、治疗各方面的问题。本文以下对胃上皮异型增生的诊断和治疗进展进行综述,为临床胃上皮异型增生患者的诊断和治疗或预防提供一定的参考依据。
Gastric cancer is a common gastrointestinal tumor in clinic,and gastric epithelial dysplasia is an important precancerous lesion.Early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment can reduce the mortality of gastric cancer patients.Severe gastric epithelial dysplasia has a high cancer rate,which can be diagnosed through clinical pathology.At present,there is no uniform standard on the definition,histological examination standard,and treatment plan of mild gastric epithelial dysplasia,and there are differences in existing studies,which cause problems in clinical epidemiology,clinical diagnosis,and treatment.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment progress of gastric epithelial dysplasia,and provides a certain reference basis for the diagnosis,treatment or prevention of patients with gastric epithelial dysplasia.
