摘要
目的:了解基层医院住院药物咨询的特点,提高基层医院药学服务质量。方法:对北京某基层医院2014年1月~2019年12月的住院药物咨询记录进行回顾性分析及总结。结果:共完成药物咨询问题304例;其中,咨询人员以住院医师为主,共203例(67.00%);咨询形式以面对面咨询为主,共267例(87.82%);咨询问题中以药物基本信息、特殊剂型使用为主,分别为117例(38.49%)、84例(27.63%);咨询药物种类以心血管系统、呼吸系统和抗感染的药物为主,分别为126例(41.44%)、99例(32.57%)和41例(13.49%)。结论:开展住院药物咨询,有利于提高基层医院药学服务质量、促进合理用药、提高治疗效果、降低不良反应的发生,同时也能促进药师专业技术水平的提升。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of drug consultation in primary hospitals and improve the quality of pharmaceutical service in primary hospitals. Methods: A retrospective analysis and summary were conducted on the medical consultation records of a primary hospital in Beijing from January 2014 to December2019. Results: A total of 304 cases of drug consultation were completed during the study period. The people who asked for advice were mainly residents,accounting for 203 cases( 67. 00%). Most of the consultation was conducted by face-to-face drug consultation,accounting for 267 cases( 87. 82%). The basic information of drugs and the use of special dosage forms are the major contents included in consultation,accounting for 117 cases( 38. 49%) and84 cases( 27. 63%),respectively. Drugs related to consultation are mainly of cardiovascular,respiratory and antiinfection drugs,accounting for 126 cases( 41. 44%),99 cases( 32. 57%) and 41 cases( 13. 49%),respectively.Conclusion: The application of in-hospital drug consultation can improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in primary hospitals,promote rational use of drugs,improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the professional and technical skill of pharmacists.
