摘要
目的探讨开展药房药物咨询服务对患者合理用药的临床价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年8月就诊于我院的150例患者作为本次的研究对象。将患者随机分成两组并给予不同的用药指导,对照组75例实施常规用药指导,研究组75例加强药房药物咨询服务,对比不同干预下两组患者的用药情况以及服务满意度。结果研究组患者发生用药错误、剂量错误、重复用药、忘记服药以及联合用药的情况显著少于对照组,对咨询服务的满意度明显提升,相较对照组差异显著,P<0.05。结论开展药房药物咨询服务可督促患者合理用药,减少或杜绝不合理用药现象,建议广泛应用。
Objective To explore clinical value of drug consultation service of pharmacy for rational drug use of patients.Methods The paper chose 150 patients in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 as research objects,divided them into two groups randomly with different medication guidance.75 cases in control group were treated with routine medication guidance,and 75 cases in study group with pharmacy drug consultation service.Medication situation and service satisfaction between two groups was compare under different interventions.Results Cases of medication errors,dosage errors,repeated medication,forgetting medication and combination medication in study group were significantly less than control group,satisfaction of consulting service of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug consultation service in pharmacy can urge patients to use drugs rationally,reduce or eliminate irrational drug use,which is worthy of wide application.
