摘要
目的分析某男同社交网络平台对成年男男性行为者(MSM)的性行为、吸贩毒行为及男童的影响,以及与该人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的联系,并提出相应的对策。方法采用电邮、微信、电话等方式,对男同社交网络平台MSM用户及相关人士进行访谈;搜集男同社交网络平台上性交易与色情等相关信息的痕迹资料等。结果对包括男同社区组织负责人在内的56位MSM社区及相关人士的访谈和搜集的截屏和图片等信息显示,男同社交网络平台使用者数量庞大;平台上存在色情和吸贩毒信息,助长了MSM中随机多性伴性行为和物质滥用行为;使用者通过男同社交网络平台约会并发生高危性行为;平台未能要求使用者使用实名并披露健康状态。结论男同社交网络平台上的色情和贩毒信息显著缩短MSM感染HIV的时空距离。应加大监管力度,采取有效措施遏制男同社交网络平台的负面行为。
Objective To analyze the gay dating app,s impact on sexual behavior of MSM,MSM drug use and underage boys,and the association with HIV infection among MSM in recent years.Methods We collected the information from the app users via email we-chat and telephone call.We also traced the data of commercial sex transaction and pornography on the app platform.Results 56 MSM and related people were interviewed including MSM community leaders,with the evidence to show that there were a large number of the app users,even the underage boys,and the app was full of information on commercial sex transactions,pornographic images of underage boys,drug dealing and advertising of illicit substance.The platform even failed to require users’real name and to disclose their health status.Conclusion The app can significantly shorten the interpersonal social distance and lower the costs of seeking sex partners among MSM.The evidence shows the strong linkage between the app use and increase of sex behavior with random multiple sex partners among MSM users,which is more likely to fuel the HIV transmission and to hurt the vulnerable groups such as underage boys and gay wives.So we need strong regulations to curb the negative behavior on the app.
