摘要
聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)纤维熔点低、耐热性差,不宜进行高温染色。文章采用低温载体染色法对PBS纤维进行染色,选择三种中低温型分散染料,研究了染色工艺对PBS纤维上染率及染色效果的影响。研究结果表明:载体染色法适用于PBS纤维的分散染料染色,载体丁二酸二乙酯对PBS纤维具有较好的增塑作用,有利于PBS纤维在较低温度下上染。当载体质量浓度1.2 g/L,染色温度70℃,染色时间60 min,p H4~5,浴比1︰50时,所选的三种分散染料对PBS纤维均具有较高的上染率,较深的透染性,且染色后PBS纤维的耐皂洗色牢度均在4级以上。
The poly butylene succinate(PBS)fiber has the properties of low melting point and poor heat resistance,so PBS fiber is not suitable for high temperature dyeing.Based on these,the low temperature carrier dyeing method was proposed for PBS fiber dyeing in this paper.Three medium-low temperature disperse dyes were chosen to investigate the influence of dyeing technology on the dye-uptake rate and dyeing effect of PBS fiber.The results showed that the carrier dyeing method was suitable for PBS fiber dyeing with disperse dyes,and diethyl succinate could well plasticize PBS fiber as a carrier and contribute to PBS fiber dyeing at a low temperature.The three disperse dyes had high dye-uptake rate on PBS fibers and good dyeing penetration property under the following conditions:the amount of carrier 1.2 g/L,dyeing temperature 70℃,dyeing time 60 min,pH value 4~5,and bath ratio 1︰50.Besides,color fastness to washing of PBS fiber after dyeing was above Grade 4.
