摘要
本文总结了饮料中习用食品添加剂的种类,主要有防腐剂、抗氧化剂、酸度调节剂、着色剂、乳化剂等,并具体阐述了食品添加剂在果蔬汁饮料、碳酸饮料、蛋白饮料中的应用,以期为促进饮料产业的发展提供参考.
This paper summarized the food additives commonly used in beverages,mainly preservatives,antioxidants,acidity regulators,colorants,emulsifiers,etc.,and specifically described the application of food additives in fruit and vegetable juice beverages,carbonated beverages,protein beverages,with a view to provide references for promoting the development of the beverage industry.
