摘要
目的探索青少年需要的安全、可靠、准确的性教育和避孕知识,为开展具有针对性的健康教育工作提供依据。方法调查重庆市万盛经开区2018年3月至2019年10月300名12~19岁青少年的一般人口学特征、性教育知识获取方式、避孕知识知晓情况、避孕措施使用情况、意外妊娠危害认知情况、性教育知识的需求等。结果全部调查对象对性知识的了解普遍停留在了解较少-比较了解阶段,该阶段内的占比为71.33%。结论青少年对性教育的认识普遍不足,针对青少年的性教育开展程度不够,不同性别、年龄等情况的青少年,对性教育和避孕知识的需求有所差异,要求开展性教育的过程中,区别差异性对待。
Objective To explore the safety,reliability and accuracy of sexual education and contraceptive knowledge needed by adolescents,and to provide the basis for targeted health education.Methods To investigate the general demographic characteristics of 30012~19 years old adolescents in Wansheng Jingkai District of Chongqing from March 2018 to October 2019,the way of obtaining knowledge of sexual education,the knowledge of contraceptive knowledge,the use of contraceptive measures,the cognition of accidental pregnancy hazards,the demand of knowledge of sexual education,and so on.Results The general knowledge of sexual knowledge remained at the stage of less understanding and better understanding,and the proportion was 71.33%.Conclusion There is a general lack of understanding of sex education among adolescents,the degree of sexual education for adolescents is not enough,and the demand for sex education and contraceptive knowledge is different among adolescents with different gender and age,and different treatment is required in the process of sex education.
