摘要
目的调查陕西省某医学院校大学生自杀伤害行为影响因素,为减少大学生自杀伤害行为的发生、对重点人群进行有效预防干预提供依据。方法利用自行设计的"医学院校在校大学生健康危险行为调查表",采用分层整群抽样的方法,在陕西省某医学院校各年级本科大学生作为研究对象,对其自杀伤害行为进行调查,并利用多因素Logistics回归分析大学生自杀伤害行为影响因素。结果学习成绩(OR=0.611)和吸烟行为(OR=0.359)为保护性因素。其他变量均为有害因素,各变量影响程度依次为:暴力伤害(OR=4.953)、网络成瘾行为(OR=3.432)、性行为(OR=2.563)、每天感觉悲伤无助(OR=2.546),即存在暴力伤害、网络成瘾行为、性行为、每天感觉悲伤无助、饮酒行为的大学生,越有可能发生自杀伤害行为。结论暴力伤害、网络成瘾行为、性行为等健康危险行为以及抑郁心情是影响大学生发生自杀伤害行为的主要因素,因此对高校重点人群开展有效的心理健康教育、通过各种途径减少青少年健康危险行为的发生是避免大学生自杀伤害行为的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of suicide injur^^behavior of medical college students in Shaanxi Province,to reduce the occurrence of suicide behaviors of college students,and provide evidence for effective prevention and intervention of key groups.Methods Based on the self-designed questionnaire on health risk behaviors of medical college students,we used the stratified cluster sampling method to investigate the suicide injury behaviors of all undergraduates medical college students in Shaanxi province.And find the influencing factors of suicide injury behavior of college students which were analyzed by multi-factor logistics regression.Results It can be seen from this study that academic performance(OR=0.611)and smoking behavior(OR=0.359)are protective factors.Other variables are harnful factors,and the degree of influence of each variable were:violence damage(OR=4.953),Internet addiction behavior(OR=3.432),sexual behavior(OR=2.563),and felt helpless every day(OR=2.546).It indicated that the more behavior of violent injuries,Intemet addiction behavior,sexual behavior,every day feeling sad helpless,drinking behavior of college students,the more easily to occur suicide injury behavior.Conclusion Violent injury,Internet addiction behavior,sexual behavior,depressed mood and other health risk behaviors are the main factors which affect college students'suicide injury behaviors.Therefore,it is effective measure to reduce suicide injury of college students to carry out effective mental health education for key population and through various ways to avoid the occurrence of adolescent health risk behavior.
