摘要
近代浔商为19世纪中后期中国经济发展和政治变革作出了重大贡献,研究近代浔商发展史对于当下中国经济发展具有重要启示。近代浔商发展分为形成、兴起、衰败三个历史时期。从新制度经济学理论下的路径依赖视角分析,近代浔商的起步和兴起在于成功突破路径依赖,即农业向手工业和商业转型升级,市场由国内向国际拓展,产业由分散到聚集。浔商发展史启示着当下,政府应明确并切实履行自身在市场经济中的职责,引领企业遵循市场的逻辑;企业应着力摆脱路径依赖,抢抓机遇转型升级。
Modern Nanxun Dealers made great contributions to the Chinese economic development and political revolution in the middle and late 19th century,and the research on the history of modern Nanxun Dealers’development has great inspirations for Chinese economic development.Modern Nanxun Dealers development could be divided into three historical periods:formation,rise and decline.Based on the perspective of path-dependence of the neoinstitutional economics theory,the beginning and rise of modern Nanxun Dealers lie in breaking through path-dependence successfully.That is to say,agriculture transformed and upgraded to handicraft industry and commerce,domestic market expanded to international market,and industries gathered from dispersion.The development history of modern Nanxun Dealers enlightens us that the government should specify and perform the duty themselves in the market economy,and should lead enterprises to follow market′s logic;the enterprises should get rid of path-dependence,and seize the opportunity to transfer and upgrade.
