摘要
采用UG建立链轮和圆环链的三维模型,将建立的三维模型导入ADAMS后,定义链轮和平链环以及平链环和立链环之间的接触,设置运动副对其自由度进行约束,根据实际工况施加载荷进行仿真。仿真结果显示,链传动系统运行时受力最大点在与链轮接触的平链环上,启动瞬间圆环链受到的拉力和接触力都是最大的,易造成冲击振动。
UG was used to establish the three-dimensional model of sprocket and ring chain.The established three-dimensional model was imported into ADAMS,the contact between the sprocket and the flat link,as well as the flat link and the vertical link were defined.The motion pair was set to restrict its degrees of freedom,and the load was applied according to the actual working condition to carry out the simulation.The simulation results show that the maximum force on the chain drive system during operation is on the flat chain ring that is in contact with the sprocket.The tension and contact force received by the ring chain at the moment of startup are the largest,which is easy to cause shock vibration.
