纳米高岭土对橡胶水泥砂浆性能影响试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 将纳米高岭土与水泥质量的一定比例加入橡胶砂浆中,研究其对橡胶砂浆抗压强度、收缩、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明:纳米高岭土的掺入,使橡胶砂浆的强度大幅度提高,并随着纳米高岭土掺量的增加橡胶砂浆的强度持续提高。纳米高岭土的加入会增大橡胶砂浆的收缩量,减小橡胶砂浆的质量损失。纳米高岭土的加入改善了橡胶水泥的孔隙结构,提高了其耐久性。 In this paper,nano kaolin was added into rubber mortar with a certain proportion of cement mass to study its influence on compressive strength,shrinkage and chloride ion permeability of rubber mortar.The results show that the strength of rubber mortar is greatly improved with the addition of nano kaolin,and the strength of rubber mortar continues to increase with the increase of nano kaolin.The addition of nano kaolin will increase the shrinkage of rubber mortar and reduce the mass loss of rubber mortar.The addition of nano kaolin improves the pore structure and durability of rubber cement.
