摘要
介绍了某公司电脱盐切水结垢原因分析及其影响,并对缓解换热器结垢方法进行筛选。结果表明,进行工艺流程优化,以最少投资将换热器结垢问题得到了有效控制。
This paper introduced the cause analysis and influence of fouling of water-draining of electric desalination,and screened the methods of reducing heat exchanger fouling. The results showed that the fouling problem of heat exchanger can be effectively controlled with minimum investment after process optimization.
